NPC: The Air Queen
Long Desc: A small woman floats through the air commanding all that pass by.

The magnificent Queen of Air floats slowly infront of you as a large
group of varous flying creatures swarm about her.  She notices you observing
her and lifts her arm, causing you to suddenly float in the air and slowly
lower back to the ground.  She smiles as you stare in awe at her
demonstration of such control over the element of air.
She is a griffon approximately 5'6" tall.
