NPC: A darting sparrow
Long Desc: A small sparrow darts back and forth in front of you.

You are stopped in your path as a small sparrow darts back and forth
infront of, obscuring your ability to move on.  The sparrow emits a dull
glow as it circles around your head, annoyingly.  With a quick sprint, you
clear out of the sparrow's path, and it resumes its previous course.
It is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
