NPC: A sly poker player
Long Desc: A sly half-elf sits at the table grinning devilishly.

This sly looking fellow is dressed in some of the finest clothing in all
Alyria.  His dark brown hair is cropped short, almost bald.  The sly look on
his face indicates he may be cheating somehow.  A small pile of multicolored
discs sits in front of him, accompanied by a glass full of beer.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'3" tall.
