NPC: A bathing man
Long Desc: A man wades through the waters as he bathes himself.

This is a man who is bathing himself in the waters of the bath house.  He
has wrapped around his waist a towel, but wears nothing else.  He seems to
be really enjoying himself as he soaks in the soothing aromas and warm
vapors.  You should probably let him be, so he can relax in peace.  In fact,
you find yourself wondering if you too should take some time off and relax
in the warm waters.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
