Long Desc: Eyes darting quickly around the room, Ed sits on his stool ready for business.

A rotund little man, with flour dusting his light brown hair, Ed sits on
his stool ready for the business of the day.  In sharp contrast to his rosy
cheeks, and rotund little belly, are his shifty brown eyes, that never stop
darting around the room.  The air about him is scented lightly with vanilla
and cinnamon, making your tummy growl and your mouth water.
It is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
