Long Desc: A Diocletian choir member praises with open mouth.

This individual is part of a large choir assembled in the Diocletian
Cathedral.  Each member of the choir sings as loud as the next as they all
praise the divine power of the water, Ithrilis.  Often you hear prayers to
other elements, so you begin to wonder if this cathedral is a unified center
of worship.  No matter, the choir does sound beautiful, but it seems to be
droning out a moaning sound that can be faintly heard in the background.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
