NPC: A hungry aristocrat
Long Desc: A hungry aristocrat sits here gobbling down a meal.

This is a nobleman of the Diocletian palace who is very very hungry.
Often you see many noble people in here eating meals at odd times during the
day.  The only time which the aristocrats sit together for one common meal
is in the evening around 6:00pm.  Before and after that time, though, the
cooks must be ready to make any dish at any time it is ordered, night or
day.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.

This mob is required by the following quests:
