NPC: A howling banshee
Long Desc: A terrifying apparition howls in agony.

This unsettling spirit resembles a young woman, but her skin is chalk
white and she is dressed in a billowing white robe.  She wails constantly as
if in agony, and you've heard stories that these ghosts are bringers of ill
fortune, presaging a death in the family.  It looks like this banshee
doesn't feel like waiting for your kin to pass on, since she is heading
right at you!
She is a banshee approximately 5'5" tall.
