Long Desc: A gambling viper is here, losing money.

Hypnotic eyes stare unblinkingly into yours while its head weaves a
mesmerizing dance.  Clutched in this snake's tail are a pair of dice, before
it lies a deck of cards.  Come, play against me, it seems to hiss into your
mind, bet your wealth, your weapon, your life.  Although you know Death also
takes a hand, you feel strangely compelled to try your luck.
He is a snake approximately 1'7" tall.
