NPC: A missed soul
Long Desc: The remains of a shade linger here, waiting forever.

Forgotten by relatives, friends, fellow worshippers, and even the Powers,
this soul lingers here, waiting for the end of time, the end of existence.
It is no longer even a shade, damned to wander the land until penitence is
paid, but a fragment of a shade, a memory of what was once was.  Perhaps the
best thing to do would be to just put it out of its misery.
He is a shadow approximately 5'5" tall.
