NPC: A rogue bandit
Long Desc: A low ranking rogue leans against the wall while waiting orders.

He's a blonde haired, blue eyed young man, who would be rather handsome
if for a shower and clean clothes.  His attire is somewhat worn, having seen
several battles and much physical labour.  A long, jagged scar runs from his
left shoulder down to his elbow.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
