NPC: A pumpkin carver
Long Desc: A pumpkin carver is here, searching for tools to make a Jack O' Lantern.

This old dwarf wanders the town searching for some materials to make some
Jack O' Lanterns.  His back is slightly hunched and around his waist he
wears a belt with a place for a knife.  Usually he is found in his home, but
at this time of year he comes out to carve as many pumpkins as possible, for
it is his belief that they alone can save the villagers from the evil that
infests the world on All Spirits Eve.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
