NPC: An asp armorer
Long Desc: An asp armorer is here, polishing a suit of chainmail.

A rather small snake behind the counter polishes a suit of chain mail by
wearing what appears to be flannel snake pajamas and weaving her body in and
out among the links of the armor.  You're interested in a refurbished shield
hanging in the window but you hate to interrupt this fascinating spectacle.
Finally she sheds her polishing gown and slithers up to the counter to help
you.
She is a snake approximately 1'5" tall.
