NPC: A cobra blacksmith
Long Desc: A spitting cobra blacksmith is here, repairing a helm.

One of the oddest things you've seen in this most unusual place, the
cobra blacksmith broadens and flattens his head and puts it inside a red-hot
helmet, molding it back to shape with his scaled head.  You shudder to see
any living thing touch the glowing metal but apparently the cold-blooded
creature easily disperses the heat throughout his body.
He is a snake approximately 1'7" tall.
