NPC: A floating head
Long Desc: A floating head drags itself about here.

Due to a bungled summoning, this head was summoned lacking a body.  It
floats gruesomly around, desiring a body.  It has spent the duration of its
existance killing those it can find, hoping for a body that suits.  As of
yet, he has not succeeded but it is not going to give up.
It is a ghost approximately 5'6" tall.
