NPC: A blood sucking wight
Long Desc: The side of a wight's mouth drips with blood as he moves about.

As gruesome as it is evil this being has an uncanny ability to seek out
fresh blood.  Blood keeps it going and keep it strong and it seeks it out at
all costs.  Preferring it warm, it only feeds on corpses it has just killed.
He is a wraith approximately 5'5" tall.
