NPC: A serpent alchemist
Long Desc: A serpent alchemist is here, performing an arcane ritual.

Sporting what you assume is intended to be a respectful smile the serpent
alchemist slithers to the counter, asking how she might be of service to
you.  As you browse the aisles you can't help but notice several hopes blown
into the walls and scorch marks on the ceiling.  It would appear the
shopkeeper experiments with her stock.
She is a snake approximately 1'7" tall.
