NPC: An omnipotent warlock
Long Desc: A cloaked warlock, his hands wavering over a globe of Alyria, chants malevolently.

This mysterious warlock is draped in jet-black robes, which reach down to
the ground.  A low-hanging hood, revealing nothing but an empty void, covers
his head.  Discharges of electricity and heat radiate from every limb of his
body, showing his immense amount of power.  A thin cord is fastened around
his waist, which helps hold the robes in place.  Strange emblems of clouds,
moons and snowflakes are imprinted into his robes, barely visible to the
naked eye.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
