NPC: A plague spreader
Long Desc: A plague spreader wanders here spreading disease.

This dead carcass has been ripped from the fires of its cremation.
Charred chunks of flesh surround the ground around it.  Its feet have
maggots covering them and its hands still burn with the holy flames that
sought to destroy it.  With death comes disease, with disease comes death.
Though not as fast to devestate the towns this creature works slowly
spreading a plague through all that some in touch with it.  Its hands and
body are riddled with various bugs and parasites, its eyes glow a sickly
yellow.
He is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
