NPC: A blob of walking flesh

This being was intended to be a formidable demon.  However, the spell to
summon it went awry and it came into this word as a blob of flesh.  This
digusting mass of putrefying flesh has vaguely recognizable shapes
protuding from its torso.  One can almost discern a nose, eye and possibly
arms within the quivering hulk.  Although it is in this pathetic shape, this
mistake still has quite a considerable amount of strength and power.
It is a slime approximately 3'7" tall.
