Long Desc: A translucent soul flies about here looking for death to feed upon

Although undead, this being still has an intense hunger.  Food does not
appeal to it, or the fresh, refreshing taste of water.  It wanders the land
seeking out those who are living to devour their souls.  It matters not
whose soul it is, this is a hunger that cannot be quenched.
He is a wraith approximately 5'5" tall.
