NPC: An ovate
Long Desc: An ovate is here overseeing the ceremony.

Although this ovate is quite young and still in training, he is almost
ready to become a druid.  His role is still an important one as he has the
task to set up and make sure that the ceremony goes smoothly as well as
every druids whim is answered promptly.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
