NPC: A ghostly child
Long Desc: A small sheet-white humanoid floats about silently here.

A small ghostly child sits in the corner, cringing away from the world
around it.  Scared even in this form, its evil nature is destined to drive
it mad.  Going suddenly from sobbing to cackling, it appears that the ghost
is already slightly deranged from being trapped on this plane of existence.
It is a wraith approximately 5'7" tall.
