NPC: A happy little girl
Long Desc: A little girl in a sunflower dress is here, playing.

Despite the brightness of her dress and sunniness of her disposition,
this young girl looks quite intent on playing hide-and-seek.  She's not a
very good hider, which it appears to be her turn to be, since she can't
contain her pleased giggles, and she just won't stay still, but it could be
fun to play anyway.  Even if she is not particularly good at keeping herself
a secret, her power lies in the tower she chose to play within.  The Ivory
Tower is full of nooks and crannies for her to be sneaking about in, and
when her game requires three successful finds to win, that might take a
while.
She is a high-elf approximately 5'5" tall.
