NPC: A mountaineer
Long Desc: A mountaineer is here, dying of frostbite.

This mountaineer has devoted his life to mountain climbing and it looks
as though this will also cost him his life if he isn't able to cure his
frostbite.  Perhaps, if you could lend him a healing spell or a source of
heat, he might be grateful for saving his life.  It's crazy people like this
who feel they can only prove their manhood by climbing the highest peak.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
