NPC: A brown beaver
Long Desc: A beaver stands here on the edge of its lodge blinking at you.

A furry brown mammal is here, standing on the side of its lodge, a large
pile of sticks in the center of the lake.  It has a flat, leathery tail, and
two large incisors, that protrude over its lower lip.  It is looking right
at you blinking, and twitching its whiskers.
It is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
