NPC: A crow
Long Desc: A large black crow with a tether and hood attached to it is here.

This bird sits forlornly on its perch, unable to see anything because of
the hood on its head.  Feeling sorry for it, you lift up the covering.  The
crow immediately begins sqwaking and flapping its wings, trying to escape.
The tether on its foot prevents it from getting away, and it eventually
settles back down.
He is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
