Long Desc: This little gnome has quite a collection of herbs that he is willing to sell you.

As you enter this shop, you see the proprietor hurriedly shove something
under the counter.  Smiling, he asks if you need any help, swaying gently
back and forth all the while.  As you look around the store, you hear him
occasionally muttering something to himself or giggling softly.  You wonder
exactly what effects the herbs sold here will have on you.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
