NPC: A fruit vendor
Long Desc: A vendor is here selling all kinds of exotic fruit.

This healthy young man stands in front of a cart filled with fruits.  His
cheeks are red with energy, and he looks strong and tough from working hard
in the orchards every day.  All the effort seems to have paid off, since his
cart is piled high with a variety of different plants.  Some fresh produce
is starting to sound very tasty right about now.
He is a high-elf approximately 5'7" tall.
