NPC: A wizened wizard
Long Desc: A wizened wizard is here selling potions you have never seen before.

This ancient little gnome is leaning against the side of a large cart
filled with boxes of different shapes and sizes.  He smiles as you approach,
and invites you to look through the merchandise.  Peeking inside one of the
crates, you discover a variety of different jars and bottles, carefully
padded to ensure that they will not break while travelling.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
