NPC: A slimy octopus
Long Desc: A slimy octopus is here weaving through the water.

Massive tentacles wave back and forth in front of you, clouding the
water.  You suspect it could squeeze you to death with those long gangly
tentacles.  As you look more closely at this beast you notice that the
bottom of the tentacles are covered in ugly suction cups, each one looking
like a small hungry mouth waiting to bite into your tender flesh.
He is a octopus approximately 5'7" tall.
