NPC: An Eldritch Vapor
Long Desc: A shimmering collection of sunmotes blink in and out of existence.

The eldrich vapor is an interdimensional creature of very powerful
persuasion, it seem to be creating a rift in time and space making it vanish
and reappear very fast.  With the swiftness, which the eldrich vapor shifts
back and forth through the planes, you don't think it can be using its own
powers to planar travel.  Indeed it must draw its energy from somewhere
else, or maybe something else, you step back in horror as it reaches out a
gaseous hand towards you.
It is a wraith approximately 5'6" tall.
