NPC: A mongrel dog
Long Desc: A mongrel dog squats beside the road, scratching fleas.

This mangy mutt looks to have been around quit a long time, living on the
street his main source of food is the trash of the local residents and the
few scraps of food local children feed him.  You almost feel sorry for the
dog and begin to reach into your rations to give him a bite or two.
It is a domestic dog approximately 3'6" tall.
