NPC: A Tellerium groundskeeper
Long Desc: A retired warrior now cleans the streets of Tellerium.

He is an old retired warrior, too tired and slow to fight anyomre he has
been forced to clean the streets of the Tellerium housing areas for a
living.  You can tell from the scars and the sad look on his face that this
warrior has seen many a battle.  He must have been a pretty good warrior to
have lived long enough to retire.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
