NPC: A crazy hermit
Long Desc: An old hermit stands here staring into space.

The old man must have had a wee bit too much time all alone..  For he has
obviously gone nuts..  However once you look at him you find some sort of
intelligence behind them.  It takes you a moment to place the face but
thisman resembles a portrait you saw on one of the kings pictures in his
throne room.  According to that picture this man was once a trusted advisor
of the king!  Wonder what the king entrusted him to do up here.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
