NPC: Heptheran the Demonic
Long Desc: A beastly gnome runs around on all fours, frothing and babbling.

There really just is no hope for this gnome anymore.  No one knows his
origin, age, or pretty much anything, except for two things.  The first is
his name, even though nobody even knows how anyone knows that.  The second
is that he is completely, undeniably, wholly insane, wasted of mind, but
rugged of body.  Far stronger and more durable than most other gnomes, he
has achieved a peculiar type of magical immunity.  Regardless of how he did
it, he obviously paid a heavy price for it, as he now lopes around on hairy
knuckles and bruised feet, drooling and peering about with his creepy,
dinner-plate eyes.
It is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
