NPC: Lord Glomus
Long Desc: Lord Glomus is here, grinning evilly.

This is Lord Glomus, the ruler of Decara.  After the city had fallen into
the underground, he forged a deal with a band of Ogres who had been carried
along.  With their help he was able to seize and hold power, and the Ogres
still serve as guards for the town.  Lord Glomus is not a very attractive or
noble man, but because he suffers from paranoia he has trained to become a
rather deadly fighter.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
