NPC: A small stocky dwarf
Long Desc: A small stocky dwarf hacks away at the cavern walls searching for gems.

This small dwarf seems smaller than the norm, but that could be
attributed to the stoop in his back.  In his hand is a small pickaxe, and a
sack is slung over one shoulder.  It becomes obvious that he is searching
for some kind of gem.  His eyes gleam in the darkness, and as you observe
you notice he is muttering to himself.  Perhaps being down in this cave so
long has slowly warped his mind.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
