NPC: Althea
Long Desc: Althea is here, looking adorable.

This perky young lady is the owner of one of the only shops in Decara
that sells frivolous items.  Unfortunately, her store has not been doing
very well, since few of the residents have money to spare on her goods.
Althea earns a living by catering to the few travellers that pass through
town, her good looks and charisma allowing her to make her wares more
appealing.
She is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
