NPC: The New Kolvir blademaster
Long Desc: A tall, lanky man stands here, holding a pair of wicked blades.

Muscular, shirtless, and completely hairless, this man is not one to toy
with.  The tattoos of the Order of Xazra on his neck and backs of his hands
indicate that he is likely a monk, or was at some point.  However, he now
stands here, the town's main authority on blades of any and all types.  His
lean, muscular build shows that he obviously still practices often, and has
from a young age, as scars on his back, chest and arms indicate.  He stands
here, admiring his rare swords, and occasionally smiles silently.  His eyes
are brown, but still shine brightly.  They constrast his fair complexion,
since he is devoid of hair, from his chest to his skull to his eyelashes.
His reflective eyes say what his mouth does not, and it quickly becomes
obvious he is preserving his vow of silence.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
