NPC: The master assassin
Long Desc: The master assassin lounges about the room, currently inbetween jobs.

A small elven man moves quietly about the room.  He appears calm and
relaxed at first glance, however when he is examined closely, you recognize
that his tense muscles are ready for action with little warning.  His eyes
have a dangerous light, revealing the harm that he is capable of inflicting.
He moves with an unnatural sort of grace in his black clothing, making him
seem like a shadow, moving slightly in the flickering light.
He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
