Long Desc: A council member is here working industriously.

An elderly balding gentlemen works diligently over a small stack of
papers.  He does glance up as you arrive, but he either does not notice your
presence, or simply does not care.  Despite his age, he still appears to be
in very good health.  He is well built, and moves with grace.  His clothes
are entirely black, and only the large gold chain around his neck
distinguishes his council standing above others in the guild.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
