NPC: A faerie sahuagin
Long Desc: A small faerie darts in and out of the hedges making not a sound.

This small brown sahuagin has lived among these small shrubs for many
years.  It would often watch the mishappen adventurer wander past and never
return this way.  The sahuagin wears very little but small branches twisted
about its waist, and a ring of dead flowers around its' small neck.  Its
eyes glow suddenly with a bright red color, as though something has taken
over the sahuagin's body.  A terrible look enters the sahuagin's face, and
suddenly, all teeth are bared.
She is a sahuagin approximately 5'6" tall.
