NPC: A sneaky dark creeper
Long Desc: A dark creeper stands in the shadows preparing to attack.

A dark creeper looks a bit like a cross between a goblin and a dwarf,
standing a stunted 4 feet in height with a rounded body and long nose with
mottled brown-black skin and jade-green eyes.  The creature wears pieces of
wrapped cloth around its body all black or very dark colors.  A scabbard for
some sort of blade hangs at its side.  The short boots it wears do not make
a sound when it walks.
It is a goblin approximately 3'6" tall.
