NPC: An eye killer
Long Desc: A gruesome eye killer stares at you and prepares to attack.

The eye killer is a medium-length creature with the upper torso and head
of a bat and the lower torso of a snake.  It has black fur on the bat body
with bat wings, fangs, and unusually-large pupiless eyes.  It's lower body
has black scales and a black underbelly.
It is a bat approximately 1'7" tall.

This NPC can be found in: Shadow Castle.
This mob is required by the following quests:
- Shadow Slayer (60-120) from Lady Undya.
