NPC: An apparition
Long Desc: A horrifying apparition stands cloaked in torn shrouds.

An apparition looks very much like a skeleton except that it is cloaked
in rotted grey cloak-like material.  The cloak is torn and shredded,
exposing its skeletal body.  When it attacks, it doesn't seem to move...
Although you can firmly feel its bony fingers strike you and strike you
hard.
It is a undead approximately 5'7" tall.
