NPC: A disembodied hand
Long Desc: A huge, disembodied hand is floating eerily nearby.

The hand is grotesque and malformed, - obviously the (former) hand of a
giant, for who else's hands would grow this large?  Dripping blood from the
stump where it has been severed, the hand has taken on a life of its own (no
doubt due to malevolent magics) and seeks to destroy all who come near it.
It is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
