NPC: A telekinetic rat
Long Desc: A large, blue-furred rat is skulking about here.

This is an aggressive little beast; it bares its teeth at you and hisses
before scurrying into the shadows.  Two beady eyes appear in the darkness;
it is obviously keeping a close eye on you as you approach.  Unlike most
members of its species it has light blue fur and a tail of a similar
metallic color.  It nips around your feet suddenly before gnashing its teeth
and making a strange chattering noise.
He is a rodent approximately 1'7" tall.
