NPC: The elemental hydra
Long Desc: A giant hydra with one head for each of the elements is here.

This giant hydra has five heads, one for each element.  Because every
head is composed of a different element, it is very strange looking.  The
fiery head breathes large cones of fire, while the watery head beams rays of
frost.  The other three heads spit lightning, gas, and acid making this
beast very formidable in combat.  Deep within the beast you see something
shining that appears to be a weapon of sorts.  You will have to slay the
beast to find out what it is.
It is a elemental approximately 6'1" tall.
