NPC: A snowy-white owl
Long Desc: A small owl perched closeby, squints silently at you.

After a series of blinks, the small white owl turns its head sharply to the
side, and lets out a low warbling bellow.  His eyes widen, and you feel as
if he is looking straight into your mind.  He slowly turns away from you,
seemingly uninterested in anything you are thinking.
It is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
